Burgundy White Free Wine Tasting

Wine Tasting:
(1) Decelle Villa Bourgogne 2014
- The citrus flavours are balanced by peach and apricot fruits, laced with notes hazelnut and creamy.
- All hand-picked fruit & natural yeasts.
- 12 months in oak, of which 25% was new.

(2) Roux Pere & Fils Pouilly Fuisse 2013
- Founded in 1885 & now is one of the top 10 largest landholders in the region.
- All grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness.
- Combines valuable traditions with advanced technology to produce a terroir-driven Chardonnay for superior quality.
- Citrus fruits, vibrant acidity, mineral with a hint of buttery, easy going white with good finish.
