酒莊故事：一塊田，三間酒莊 / Wine Story: One Tiny Plot, Three Producers

呢塊田叫 Les Demoiselles，喺勃根地被公認為「Super 1er Cru」。成塊田只有 0.6 公頃，年產量得千零支，得三間酒莊有呢個 Plot。位置正正喺 Chevalier-Montrachet 同 Montrachet 特級園隔離，只係隔咗一條小路，所以共享住完全一樣嘅風土、陽光同坡度。

This tiny plot, called Les Demoiselles, is widely recognised in Burgundy as a "Super 1er Cru." At just 0.6 hectares, it produces only around 1,000 bottles a year, and only three producers hold a piece. It lies directly next to the Grand Crus Chevalier-Montrachet and Montrachet — separated by just a small pathway — sharing the same continuous terroir, sunlight and slope.

品酒筆記：白花、煙燻燧石同烤堅果 / Tasting Notes: White Flowers, Smoky Flint and Toasted Nuts

入口係高雅嘅白花香、煙燻燧石、烤堅果，仲有強勁嘅高爽酸度。酒體雖然偏向豐厚，但係結尾嗰種礦物感同線性感，好有 Montrachet 特級園嘅影子。

On the palate, expect elegant white flowers, smoky flint, toasted nuts and vibrant, refreshing acidity. The wine feels generous, yet the mineral tension on the finish is pure Montrachet Grand Cru.

In our tasting, there was a bright, radiant fruit character that never felt heavy, wrapped in a round, mouthcoating texture with vibrant freshness.
