Te Whare Ra 係一對夫妻檔酒莊，Jason 同 Anna（影片中提及嘅Norer其實係Anna嘅誤譯）係極之熱愛呢片土地嘅釀酒師。喺Marlborough區內，好多其他酒莊嘅釀酒師都視佢哋為前輩，因為佢哋堅持「將所有人工嘅移除，保留自然嘅嘢」——即係最少干預、自然發酵、唔過濾，務求呈現葡萄最純粹嘅風土味道。呢份堅持令Te Whare Ra連續第9年入選「Top Wineries of New Zealand」！🎉
Te Whare Ra is a husband-and-wife winery. Jason and Anna (the "Norer" mentioned in the transcript is a mis-hearing for Anna) are deeply passionate about their land. Many other winemakers in Marlborough regard them as mentors because of their philosophy: "remove all artificial intervention, preserve what's natural." This means minimal intervention, native yeast fermentation, and no fining or filtering — letting the pure expression of the vineyard shine. This dedication has earned Te Whare Ra a spot in the "Top Wineries of New Zealand" for nine consecutive years! 🎉

呢款Single Vineyard嘅Pinot Gris散發出白桃、梨同淡淡嘅薑花香氣。入口清爽，帶有礦物感，酸度明亮，結構均衡。因為係手工採摘、自然發酵，酒體比一般Pinot Gris更豐滿，但依然保持優雅。最重要係佢嘅「易飲度」——正如酒莊所講：酒一定要comfortable（令人舒服），所以即使日日飲都唔會厭！
This Single Vineyard Pinot Gris shows aromas of white peach, pear, and a hint of ginger blossom. On the palate, it's crisp with lovely minerality, bright acidity, and a well-balanced structure. Thanks to hand-harvesting and native yeast fermentation, the body is fuller than typical Pinot Gris yet remains elegant. Most importantly, it embodies the winery's belief that wine should be "comfortable" — so you can enjoy it every day without fatigue!
