呢支酒好有驚喜，用紅葡萄釀成白酒，但完全冇紅酒嘅澀味，反而清爽到不得了！一開瓶就聞到青蘋果、檸檬同淡淡花香，入口酸度好活潑，仲有少少紅果嘅影子，好得意。葡萄嚟自寧夏高海拔田，日頭曬足夜晚凍，所以酸度特別靚。釀酒師係奧地利嘅Lenz Moser，佢嘅功力真係唔講得笑。凍返少少飲，配海鮮或者白切雞就最正，夏天飲一流！
