Fruit comes from low‑yielding, mature vines selected for concentration and balance. Winemaking Notes: Carefully hand‑harvested fruit is gently pressed and fermented cool to preserve aromatics and freshness. Fermentation and maturation are handled to emphasize purity and structure rather than overt oak influence; the style favors stainless steel and neutral vessels to retain varietal clarity and minerality. Vineyard Notes: Sourced from steep, slate‑rich slopes in the Mosel with old vines that deliver concentrated, perfumed fruit.
