品飲筆記:帝仙2011帶出典型瑪歌風格——黑莓與熟李的果實香為主,伴隨雪松、菸草與細緻花香。口感中等偏勁,酸度明快,單寧紮實但細緻,質地偏絲滑,尾韻帶礫石感與鹹礦物味,收結悠長。 酒莊與產區:3級列級酒莊,現由Emmanuel Cruse掌舵。酒莊位於瑪歌核心地帶,老藤與莊園自有園塊帶來一致性的風味與陳年潛力。 釀造工藝:分區在控溫不鏽鋼槽釀造,採取溫和浸皮以保留果香層次,浸皮期約三週,完成乳酸發酵後放入法國新舊橡木桶陳年16–18個月(約半數新桶)。 葡萄園與土壤:採自莊園封閉園區的老藤,表層礫石覆蓋黏土底層,這種礫石土壤有助於成熟與清新之間的平衡,賦予酒體結構與礦感。 品飲建議:建議醒酒約60分鐘,讓果香、香草與橡木融合;與烤牛排或野味同享,可更顯酒的層次與絲滑口感。

Tasting Note: 2011 Château d'Issan shows a classic Margaux profile — ripe dark berries and black plum at the core, framed by cedar, tobacco and subtle floral notes. The palate is medium-bodied with lively acidity, fine-grained yet assertive tannins and a silky texture that carries a mineral, saline thread to a persistent finish. Producer Notes: A 3ème Grand Cru Classé estate, Château d'Issan praises 2011 as a superb vintage: elegant, balanced and pure, with the freshness and silkiness typical of the estate. Owned by Emmanuel Cruse, the château produces wines with long keeping potential. Winemaking: Fruit is vinified parcel-by-parcel in temperature-controlled stainless steel, with gentle extraction to preserve aromatic complexity. Three weeks maceration followed by malolactic fermentation. Aged 16–18 months in French oak barrels, approximately half new. Vineyard: Grapes come from old vines in the château enclosure in the heart of Margaux. Soils are predominantly surface gravel over clay subsoil, promoting optimal ripeness with freshness and minerality. Harvest took place 12–26 September; production was around 90,000 bottles. Serving: Best served slightly below room temperature. Decant for about 60 minutes to open the aromatics and soften the tannins. Cellaring potential remains strong through the 2030s.

Château d'Issan is a historic Margaux estate classified as a 3ème Grand Cru Classé. Located in the heart of the Margaux appellation, the château works its own enclosed vineyard of older vines on gravel-over-clay soils. Under the ownership of Emmanuel Cruse the domaine emphasizes careful parcel-by-parcel vinification, gentle extraction and barrel ageing to produce elegant, age-worthy wines that express the finesse of Margaux.
