2010 Chateau Latour opens with layered blackcurrant and blackberry, backed by graphite, toast and espresso. Mid‑palate is dense yet precise: firm sweet tannins, iron‑like minerality and a saline lift. The finish is almost endless — cassis, dark chocolate and cedar persist. At the table it feels like a skyscraper: vertical, layered and inexorable.

Ideal for milestone dinners and cellar celebration nights. Serve with charred sirloin, slow‑braised beef, game or mature hard cheeses. Decant 1–2 hours if the bottle shows youth; otherwise a gentle pour to breathe is enough.
