品飲筆記:金黃明亮、氣泡細緻持久,入口先是清新的檸檬皮與青蘋果香,隨即帶出烘焙麵包香與蜂蜜、微妙的煙燻礦石氣息。口感圓潤但不沉重,中段有柔滑奶油感,酸度活潑,尾韻帶鹹礦感,回味綿長。酒莊簡介與釀造:路易王妃創立於18世紀,家族注重自有地塊與長期酒窖保存,Collection 系列以年份基礎混入大量庫藏老酒,245號以2020年為基底並搭配數年儲存的酒款與少量橡木陳年酒液。部分酒液進行乳酸發酵以豐富口感,傳統瓶內二次發酵並長時間與酒泥接觸,使香氣更圓融。葡萄園來自丘陵、山地與沿河古老園地,白堊與黏土土壤帶來那股清爽的礦質與結構感。這支酒輕鬆又有層次,適合用餐或慶祝時分享。

Tasting note: Pale gold with a delicate, persistent mousse. Aromas of white orchard fruit, citrus peel, toasted brioche and hints of honey and smoked stone lead into a refined palate—creamy mid-palate texture, lively acidity and a bright saline mineral finish that lingers. Producer notes: Collection 245 is part of Louis Roederer’s multi-vintage Collection series, built around a 2020 base (55%) with a generous reserve structure (35% perpetual reserve, plus 10% oak‑aged reserve wines), reflecting the house’s long cellaring tradition. Winemaking notes: Made by the traditional method with extended ageing on lees; approximately 22% of the blend went through malolactic conversion. Disgorged January 2023 with a Brut dosage (about 7 g/L) and released mid‑2023. Vineyard notes: Fruit is drawn from the house’s historical parcels across the valley, mountain and cote zones—chalky and clay soils contribute saline minerality and structural tension, while careful selection and reserve blending provide depth and balance.

Louis Roederer — founded in 1776 — remains family-owned and is known for its estate-minded approach and meticulous cellaring. The Collection series, introduced recently to succeed the previous non-vintage, combines a dominant recent harvest with a substantial perpetual reserve and a small portion of oak-aged reserve wines. Under the management of Frédéric Rouzaud the house pursues balance, precision and aging potential, using traditional método champenoise and careful lees ageing to craft wines of finesse.
