品飲筆記:金黃色澤,香氣層次豐富,先是花香與檸檬、青蘋果的清爽明亮,接著浮現熱帶果實的甜美和細緻礦感,尾韻帶一絲海鹽與烤橡木的暖意。口感飽滿但不厚重,入口圓潤油潤,酸度鮮明有力,整體平衡且餘韻悠長。
酒莊與田地:這款來自Pessac-Léognan的經典酒款,由Cathiard家族經營的名莊製作,產量有限且以重視風土與自然栽培著稱(有報導採有機耕作)。葡萄園坐落於排水良好的礫石與淺層土壤,鄰近海洋的微氣候帶來日夜溫差,幫助果實保有鮮明酸度與礦質表現。
釀造工藝:採傳統手法:直接壓榨、澄清後於法國橡木桶發酵,發酵週期正常(約7–10天),之後在橡木桶中陳釀約12個月,讓果香、木質與乳化口感充分融合。建議稍微醒酒(約30分鐘)即可享用,也非常適合短期陳年以觀察風味演進。


Tasting note: Bright golden-yellow in the glass with an intoxicating bouquet of white flowers, lime and citrus zest, green apple and tropical notes of pineapple and passion fruit. Beneath the fruit are flinty mineral threads, a hint of sea-salt and subtle vanilla/toast from careful oak, leading to a creamy, full-bodied palate that’s driven by striking, well-balanced acidity and a long, refined finish.
Producer notes: A Cru Classé from the Cathiard family estate in Pessac-Léognan, this vintage is produced in small quantities (c.25,000 bottles) from organically tended vines and reflects the estate’s long-standing focus on terroir and precision in the cellar.
Winemaking: Classic direct pressing with settling, followed by barrel fermentation and a regular fermentation of about 7–10 days. Maturation is 12 months in French oak, allowing integration of oak spice and a supple, layered texture without overpowering freshness.
Vineyard: Planted on well-drained Pessac-Léognan soils with good exposure and cooling maritime influence, the vineyards yield concentrated fruit with crisp acidity and a mineral backbone that gives this wine both structure and ageing potential. Drink now with gentle aeration or cellar for several years to watch further complexity unfold.
