品飲筆記：注杯即現成熟的黑色果實香，黑李與深櫻桃交織，並帶有香料、雪松與一抹泥土氣息。口感中等偏厚，單寧細緻順滑，果味飽滿，收結溫暖且回味帶香料延展。

酒莊與生產：由Boüard de Laforest家族經營，總釀酒師Hubert de Boüard de Laforest親自監督，此支酒以呈現產地特色與優雅口感為目標，是酒莊重視地塊表現的單一園作品。

Tasting note: Plush and inviting from the first pour, this vintage shows ripe dark-fruit aromas — black plum and black cherry — framed by savory spice, cedar and an earthy undercurrent. On the palate it delivers a medium-plus body with polished, silky tannins and a warm, persistent finish.

Producer notes: Made under the stewardship of the Boüard de Laforest family with Hubert de Boüard de Laforest overseeing the winemaking, this cuvée reflects the estate's focus on balance, class and terroir expression. The wine is crafted as a single-vineyard bottling that aims to highlight the character of the site within Castillon.

Winemaking notes: Fermentation and élevage are handled with gentle extraction to preserve plush fruit while allowing natural structure to emerge. Maturation includes time in a proportion of oak to lend spice and cedar lift without overpowering the fruit core; aging is monitored to retain freshness and build a silky mid-palate.

Vineyard notes: Sourced from well-situated plots in the Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux, the vineyard benefits from limestone-rich soils and good drainage, producing grapes with concentrated flavour and balanced acidity.
