2019 Croix de Beausejour

這款酒是酒莊二牌,但延續了同一片園的照料與標準:葡萄園位於聖艾美濃的傳統地塊,土壤帶有黏土與石灰質的典型風味,採收以人工分級與嚴格葡萄甄選為主。酒體以飽滿卻不厚重的果實為主軸,藍莓、李子與黑莓的果香層次分明,細緻紫羅蘭香氣與少許茴香味帶出優雅的尾韻。木桶陳年為整體帶來溫和香料與構架感,單寧打磨得圓潤,口感順滑,入口後果實持續延展。現在即可享用,若要品味更多細節建議醒酒約45分鐘;搭配烤羊、紅肉或帶些野味與菇類的料理最合拍。


This Croix de Beauséjour offers an immediate, generous fruit profile — blueberry, plum and boysenberry fold together with violet perfume and a hint of anise on the close. The palate is polished and approachable, supported by refined tannins and measured oak that give a silky mid-palate and a lingering finish. Produced as the estate’s second wine, it benefits from the same care as the grand vin: parcels are carefully managed in Saint-Emilion’s classic soils, fruit is hand-sorted and élevage takes place with judicious use of barrel ageing to add structure without overwhelming the fruit. Very accessible now yet built to age through the early 2030s. Decant about 30–60 minutes to let the fruit open; pairs superbly with roasted or grilled red meats, richer pork cuts and mushroom-forward dishes.
