Capturing the pure essence of Alsace, this 2023 Cuvée Spéciale showcases thrilling tension and mineral brilliance. Grown on hillside plots sheltered by the Vosges Mountains, the estate benefits from a dry, exceptionally sunny microclimate that allows the fruit to develop intense aromatics while maintaining vibrant natural acidity. Vinified exclusively in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats without oak interference, the wine retains crystalline transparency and focus. In the glass, it reveals bright pale straw with green tints, leaping forward with crisp green apple, fresh lime zest, delicate white floral notes, and crushed wet stone. The palate is bone-dry, focused, and electrically vibrant, delivering waves of juicy citrus fruit underpinned by a mouthwatering, saline-mineral backbone.
