酒莊與田地：法比安所屬的小型酒莊以照顧地塊表現聞名，Les Combes 的斜坡含石灰質，排水佳且晝夜溫差大，果實因而既集中特色又保有清新酸度。

釀造手法：釀造時部分於新舊橡木桶中完成陳年，並於細泥渣上稍作接觸以增加質地，但掌握克制，讓礦物與果味保持主導。建議醒酒30–45分鐘，搭配火腿、白肉或熟成起司最能相得益彰。

Tasting note: Pale gold with green highlights. Aromas unfurl of lemon zest, white blossom, pear and toasted almond, followed by a whisper of vanilla from judicious oak. On the palate it combines a creamy mid-palate with bright, energetic acidity and a clear saline mineral thread, revealing layers of orchard fruit, citrus peel and a long, refined finish. Built for early enjoyment but with the structure to evolve over the next decade (drinking window 2028–2038).

Producer notes: From the respected Domaine Coche-Bizouard, this Premier Cru exemplifies a site-driven approach. The domaine focuses on low yields and careful vineyard work to capture the character of each parcel.

Winemaking: Fermentation and élevage see a balance of new and seasoned oak and extended lees contact to develop texture without obscuring freshness. Winemaking aims for precision—gentle handling, controlled malo when used, and restrained use of oak to support rather than dominate.
