2023 Domaine Andre Lorentz Riesling

品飲筆記：宛如一杯清新的早晨，先是柑橘花、青蘋果與檸檬皮的明亮香氣，入口被俐落的酸度推動，礦石感與略帶鹽感的尾韻收束味覺。酒體中等偏清爽，口感乾淨且帶有細緻張力。

酒莊與生產：安德•洛倫茲產自阿爾薩斯山坡，現由 Klipfel 管理。酒莊注重田間管理與低產量收成，追求地塊的純淨表現與果實鮮明度。

釀造工序：採收以保持果實新鮮為優先，輕柔壓榨後於低溫不鏽鋼槽發酵，以保留清爽的香氣與酸度。極少或不使用新橡木，僅以短期與適度的澄清與過濾處理，讓礦感和純淨度成為主角。

葡萄園風土：來自排水良好、石質地層的坡地，晝溫溫暖、夜間涼爽，造就明亮酸度與緊湊的礦物感。整體呈現清新、俐落、適合配海鮮與清爽前菜的風格。

Tasting note: Bright, aromatic and laser-focused — lift of citrus blossom, lime zest and green apple sits over a stony, flinty core. The palate is driven by piercing acidity, fine tension and a saline, lingering finish. Medium-bodied and refreshingly dry, it shows a clean, precise texture with energetic lift.

Producer notes: From the Andre Lorentz estate in Alsace (under Klipfel ownership), this cuvée is crafted to express the cool-climate clarity of the region. The domaine emphasises careful vineyard work and low yields to concentrate flavour and aromatic purity.

Winemaking notes: Grapes are picked with an eye for freshness, gently pressed and fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel to preserve primary aromatics. Minimal oak influence and restrained lees handling keep the wine focused and crystalline.

Vineyard notes: Fruit comes from well-draining, stony sites on Alsace slopes where cool nights and warm days promote vibrant acidity and mineral concentration. Soils of limestone/stone and good exposure give the wine its flinty backbone and saline lift.
