A refined vintage Armagnac from a house with roots back to 1893. Aromas unfurl of caramelised orchard fruit, dried apricot and warm vanilla, overlaid with toasted oak, honeyed toffee and a whisper of baking spice. The palate is richly textured and full-bodied, showing polished oak influence, silky mid-palate and a long, resonant finish with nutty and spice echoes. Delord’s careful winter distillation and extended ageing in barrel and glass bonbonnes lend both depth and elegance — an approachable yet sophisticated vintage eau-de-vie for contemplative sipping or pairing with rich desserts and mature cheeses.
Winery
滴隆家族的雅文邑傳承始於1893年,創始人帶著蒸餾器巡迴農場製酒。酒莊位於Lannepax,約45公頃葡萄園分為多個地塊,全年細心管理。釀造上保留傳統特色,既使用區域典型的連續蒸餾,也採用雙重蒸餾法;蒸餾後在橡木桶與玻璃罐中長期陳放,最老的年份甚至存放在遠離光線的「天堂」房間,讓風味穩定而豐富。
Armagnac Delord traces its origins to 1893 when Prosper Delord travelled with his alambic, distilling wines on farms around the region. Today the family estate manages roughly 45 hectares in Lannepax divided into parcels, practices careful vineyard husbandry year-round, and employs both continuous and double distillation methods. Eaux-de-vie age in a mix of oak barrels and glass bonbonnes in century-old cellars; older vintages are kept away from light in a room they call Paradise.
