Tasting note: Deep garnet with a hint of brick at the rim. Aromas of black cherry and blackberry are layered with warm black pepper, cocoa, cedar and a touch of smoked meat. On the palate the wine is rich and concentrated — ripe dark fruit framed by integrated oak, polished but assertive tannins and a savory, mineral streak. The finish is long, with lingering spice and dark chocolate notes. Producer notes: From Two Hands Wines’ Langhorne Creek sources, this bottle reflects the winery’s focus on small-lot, vineyard-driven reds. Winemaker Ben Perkins crafts wines that balance ripe fruit intensity with structure and finesse.
