Tasting note

酒液呈深寶石紅，開瓶 Immediately 散發出濃郁的黑醋栗、桑葚與乾梅香氣，還有些許黑莓果醬、暖香料和淡淡薰衣草花香。入口厚實飽滿，果味集中但不笨重，單寧細緻且有中等偏緊的支撐感，酸度平衡讓整體保持優雅張力。釀造上重視精細發酵與桶陳融合，來自巴羅薩成熟的田塊，土壤與日夜溫差給果實良好成熟度與風味濃縮。建議醒酒一小時，搭配烤牛或野味與熟成起司最對味。語氣輕鬆地說，這是一瓶既有力量又有層次，適合慢慢品味的成熟紅酒。

Deep garnet in colour, this 2010 release reveals intense black fruit layers — crème de cassis, mulberries and dried plums — woven with blackberry tart, allspice, pepper and floral lavender hints. On the palate it is full and powerful yet seductive, carrying fine, medium‑firm tannins and well‑balanced acidity that support concentrated fruit. The oak influence is integrated and the finish is very long, making this wine a confident showpiece from Barossa that rewards decanting.
