2023 Blanc de Lynch Bages

靚次伯白 2023 出自歷史悠久的梅多克名莊,香氣清爽而層次豐富:柑橘與葡柚的明亮開場,揉合白桃、芒果與花香,尾端帶有一抹辛香與礦感。口感圓潤帶奶油感,來自桶內發酵與定期攪動酒泥的細緻舖陳;同時保有活潑的酸度,使整體既有飽滿質地又清新可口。葡萄於田間手工採摘並經嚴格篩選,約75%在溫控小桶發酵,使用法國橡木且新桶占比約五成,瓶裝前熟成六個月。產自砂礫砾石土壤(Garonne gravel)的葡萄園,日夜溫差與排水良好的地塊賦予酒款明快的礦質與優雅結構,適合搭配海鮮、奶油或芝士風味料理,亦可短期陳放讓香氣更融合。


Blanc de Lynch‑Bages 2023 is a refined white from a Médoc Grand Cru Classé estate, showing bright citrus and tropical aromas—grapefruit, pomelo and lemon curd—layered with white peach, mango and delicate floral notes. On the palate it combines a creamy, lees‑enriched texture with lively acidity and saline minerality; velvety phenolics and gentle French oak spice (approx. 50% new oak) lend structure without overwhelming the fruit. Winemaking emphasizes freshness: hand‑picked fruit, roughly three quarters of the juice fermented in individually temperature‑controlled barrels, regular bâtonnage and around six months ageing before bottling. The vines sit on classic Garonne gravel, and the estate (owned by Famille JM Cazes) continues a tradition of precision vinification begun when this white was first released in 1990. Drink now–medium term for added complexity.

Winery

靚次伯莊園位於梅多克(Pauillac)傳統產區,現由JM Cazes家族經營。莊園以紅酒聞名,但自1990年起亦推出白酒系列,成為梅多克列級莊中較早量產白酒的代表之一。莊園重視產地(Garonne砂礫土)與細緻釀造:手工採收、櫃內溫控小桶發酵與適度橡木陳年,兼顧果香與結構。

Château Lynch‑Bages is a noted Pauillac estate in the Médoc, owned by the Famille JM Cazes. While best known for its red Grand Vin, the château has produced Blanc de Lynch‑Bages since 1990 — one of the earlier white wines released by a Médoc Grand Cru Classé. The domaine combines traditional terroir (Garonne gravel soils) with careful, modern cellar techniques.
