The winemaking process includes fermentation in wooden vats and aging in French oak barrels, 65% of which are new, for 15 months. Perfectly balanced with robust tannins and a long, memorable finish, this wine pairs beautifully with ribeye steak, lamb rump, or Manchego cheese.
