Sommelier's Note: The 2019 shows a dense core of black cherry and plum, edged by violet and undergrowth notes of truffle and wet earth. Espresso and cocoa appear on the mid-palate, where soft, grainy tannins wrap sweet, ripe fruit into a long, velvety finish. Texture is silky rather than heavy — powerful yet elegant, with ripe fruit and a clear backbone of freshness.

Winemaking & Vineyard: Gentle, controlled maceration in thermo-regulated concrete and stainless vats, followed by 14 months maturation in French oak. The vineyard’s mosaic of gravel near the church, clay pockets and loam around the château creates both concentration and harmony. Cork closure.
