Tasting note

品飲筆記:酒體明亮而集中,前段以蜜香與橙花為主軸,接著躍出白桃與檸檬奶油般的果感,尾段帶有細緻煙燻與石感。口感介於中等偏飽滿,質地稍帶奶油感但同時有一股略帶澀感的結構,酸度活潑,整體線條俐落,最後以鹹礦物與香料餘韻收尾。生產與釀造:來自酒莊頂級產區的特選老藤園(平均約45年),在8月24日至9月8日間人工採收,經法國橡木桶陳年約9個月,橡木只作為結構與香氣的襯托,不搶果香。田間管理由Patrick Doucet負責,土壤多為黏土夾礫石,賦予了酒款的礦感與深度。酒莊現由AXA Millésimes管理,釀酒師Pierre Montegut精心掌控發酵與陳年,使此酒既有力量又保有清新。建議微微醒酒約30分鐘,能更快釋出香氣與層次。適飲期:2024–2035。

Tasting note: Bright and concentrated, this dry white opens with floral notes of honeysuckle and orange blossom layered over white peach, lemon chiffon and a subtle smoky, stony edge. The palate is medium–full with a creamy mid-palate, a phenolic structural bite and a racy acidity that keeps the wine fresh; saline and spiced notes linger on a long finish. Producer notes: Drawn from Premier Cru Classé parcels in Sauternes, this cuvée is a careful selection of older-vine plots (average ~45 years) chosen to showcase the terroir’s elegance and concentration. Winemaking notes: Hand-harvested between 24 August and 8 September, the wine underwent fermentation and nine months of élevage in French oak, bringing gentle toasty layers and texture without overwhelming the fruit. Vineyard notes: Vines are managed under the supervision of Patrick Doucet on clay–limestone and gravelly pockets that impart mineral lift. Crafted under AXA Millésimes management with Pierre Montegut overseeing the cellar, the wine balances oak influence, vibrant acidity and the saline minerality typical of the estate. Drink 2024–2035; best served slightly chilled and decanted for about 30 minutes to reveal its layers.

Château Suduiraut is a historic Premier Cru Classé estate in Sauternes with a long tradition of precise viticulture and careful cellar work. Today managed within the AXA Millésimes stable, the domaine applies meticulous parcel selection and modern winemaking while respecting the site’s classic terroir expression. For this dry white, older-vine plots are singled out to emphasize concentration, minerality and aging potential under the supervision of winemaker Pierre Montegut.
