這支來自單一封閉園的一級田白酒,入口先是清爽的檸檬皮與青蘋果、梨的水果香,慢慢推進到帶有石果甜感、烤榛果與淡淡香草的層次。口感圓潤帶奶油感,但不沈重,酸度支撐結構,礦物感讓餘韻乾淨且悠長。 酒莊與田地:麥托爾家族對這塊「克洛」一貫小心呵護,剪葉與減產控制都為了保留風土精髓:石灰岩土壤、微涼風向與均勻成熟讓果實有純淨度與礦感。 釀造小記:輕柔整串壓榨、低溫沉澱後在新舊橡木桶中發酵與酒泥陳放,提高口感厚度與層次,橡木只是襯托,重在平衡與細緻。建議開瓶前醒半小時,微冷飲用最能感受奶油感與礦物細節。

A refined Premier Cru from a single enclosed vineyard, this 2022 Blanc opens with bright lemon zest, green apple and pear, then unfurls richer notes of stone fruit, toasted hazelnut and a gentle swirl of vanilla. On the palate it is creamy and broad without being heavy — a fine balance of silk and freshness, framed by saline minerality and a long, resonant finish. Producer notes: Chateau de la Maltroye’s monopole parcel is tended with attention to canopy and yield to preserve concentration and purity. The team seeks balance between ripe fruit and natural acidity to reflect the site’s terroir. Winemaking: Gentle whole-bunch pressing, cool settling and fermentation in a mix of new and seasoned oak barrels impart subtle spice and cream; lees aging adds texture and depth before careful bottling. Vineyard: A single-clos Premier Cru site on classic limestone soils, exposed to cool breezes and steady ripening conditions that deliver precise minerality and concentrated, elegant fruit. Drinking window is around 2026–2032; serve lightly chilled and give it a short open-up period to show best.
