【Sommelier's private note】Nose opens with bold peat, vanilla pod and a raisiny sweetness that nods to PX influence. On the palate the smoke fills the mouth first, then a layer of sweet dried fruit, coffee and salty sea-brine appears — framed by warm oak and a hint of espresso bitterness. It’s full-bodied, unapologetically smoky, yet softened by the sherry cask so each sip reveals a new detail. Best savoured slowly in a tumbler or a large nosing glass.
