Producer & winery notes: From Domaine Anne Gros, a family domaine in the Côte de Nuits with a long tradition of meticulous vineyard work and classical cellar technique. The Gros family ages their grand crus heavily in oak — around 16 months with a high percentage of new wood — to add structure and spice while preserving terroir expression.
