Domaine St Patrice lies at the heart of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Its name reaches back to the 18th-century history of Jean De Power, who introduced the region’s wines to Ireland. From the village Clos Saint-Patrice monopole to selected Châteauneuf-du-Pape sites, the estate captures the depth of Southern Rhône sunshine, soils, and mature vines.

Clos Saint‑Patrice 獨占園

僅 1.8 公頃的 Clos Saint‑Patrice 位於村莊中心，以古老的歌海娜與慕合懷特葡萄藤為主。1838 年文獻已將此園列為教皇新堡頂尖地塊之一；紅、白黏土、石灰岩與鵝卵石交織，為酒款帶來濃度、辛香與細緻礦物感。

In the centre of the village, the 1.8-hectare Clos Saint-Patrice is planted principally to old Grenache and Mourvèdre vines. It was already cited among Châteauneuf-du-Pape’s leading plots in an 1838 directory. Red and white clays, limestone, and rolled pebbles build concentration, spice, and fine mineral character.

溫和浸萃工藝

酒莊遵循有機原則耕作，以傳統犁地、人工採收及嚴格選果照料每個地塊。酒窖中採取自然而溫和的浸萃（infusion），避免粗獷萃取，保留果實的純淨、香料感與優雅線條。現貨酒款涵蓋 Côtes du Rhône、Châteauneuf-du-Pape 及 Clos Saint‑Patrice Monopole，並會隨庫存自動更新。

Farmed according to organic principles, the estate uses traditional ploughing, hand harvesting, and careful sorting. Gentle, natural infusion in the cellar avoids aggressive extraction, preserving pure fruit, spice, and an elegant line.
