酒款簡介:這支酒散發活潑的新鮮果香,先是檸檬皮與菠蘿的亮澤,接著有花香、青蘋果與一抹堅果與木質香,海鹽般的礦物感讓整體更清爽。口感圓潤帶奶油感,但酸度清脆有脈動,收尾粉質且帶鹹礦感,餘韻持久。 酒莊與田地:康得利酒莊(Château Cantelys)由Helfrich家族經營,坐落於Pessac‑Léognan的礫石坡地;這類礫石土壤帶來排水良好與礦物鮮明的特質,讓葡萄成熟同時保留爽脆酸度。 釀造筆記:採分地塊(plot-by-plot)精選採收,釀造時以輕柔萃取為主,於橡木桶中發酵,約三成使用新桶,其餘以二、三年桶熟成,帶來細緻香草與柔和木質感但不搶主角。以軟木塞封瓶。建議先醒約半小時再飲用。 搭配建議:特別適合煙燻鮭魚、油封魚、白肉海鮮、松露蘆筍燉飯或風乾與熟成乳酪。

Tasting note: Bright and lively on the nose with grapefruit oil, fresh pineapple and lime blossom leading to floral honeysuckle, green apple and a hint of cedar and sea spray. The palate is medium-bodied with a creamy, gently rounded texture, propelled by a racy, chalky acidity and saline minerality that carries citrus and stone-fruit flavors to a persistent, slightly powdery finish. Producer & vineyard: Made at Château Cantelys in Pessac‑Léognan under the Helfrich family, this wine comes from gravelly Garonne soils that lend a defined mineral backbone and freshness. Winemaking & ageing: Fruit is harvested and vinified plot by plot with gentle extraction and fermentation in oak barrels. Around 30% of the blend sees new oak while the remainder is matured in second- and third-use barrels, giving subtle spice and creamy texture without heavy oak influence. Bottled with cork closure. Serve: Best served lightly chilled and allowed about 20–40 minutes to open; pairs beautifully with seafood, richer fish preparations, mushroom and truffle dishes, and aged cheeses.
