The 2021 Chateau Les Carmes Haut-Brion is a stunning wine from the Pessac-Leognan appellation in Bordeaux. This wine boasts a complex bouquet of herbal notes, black cherries, plums, mint, and candied orange zest. On the palate, it reveals layers of tobacco leaf, cigar box, thyme, herbs, espresso, and red berries, with a touch of dark cocoa, spice, citrus, and cigar wrapper. Chateau Les Carmes Haut-Brion is a prestigious winery located in the Pessac-Leognan appellation of Bordeaux. The vineyards are planted on Mindel graves with clay and limestone soils, and the grapes are 100% hand-picked.
