Minerally and saline on the finish, it shows a creamy mid-palate from subtle oak influence and a long, fresh, gastronomic close. The domaine farms roughly 41 hectares in classic Graves terrain, producing restrained, terroir-driven whites that pair well with fine cuisine. Winemaking notes: Fermentation and aging take place in a combination of French oak barrels and wooden vats, followed by approximately six months ageing to integrate oak and preserve freshness. The approach balances richness with bright acidity and a clean mineral thread.
