Tasting note

這支來自莫里聖丹尼一級田的2022「再生特釀」，香氣以紅櫻桃、覆盆子和紅醋栗為主，夾帶野林下的蘑菇與泥土氣息，還有淡淡花香與香料點綴。入口中等偏輕的酒體，質地絲滑，酸度清爽帶動層次，單寧細緻但有支撐感，尾韻帶礦物感與溫和香料延展。酒莊在坡面小地塊精耕，採收時嚴選果實，釀造上採溫和浸漬與橡木陳釀以求果香與木味平衡。適合短時間醒酒後搭配鴨肉、野禽或帶香菇風味的料理。

A poised Premier Cru from Morey-Saint-Denis, the 2022 Renaissance reveals bright red-fruit aromatics—cherry, raspberry and redcurrant—framed by floral lift and a streak of forest-floor earthiness. On the palate it shows a silky mid-weight texture, fine-grained tannins and lively acidity that carry a mineral-tinged finish with lingering spice. Produced by Domaine Tortochot under Chantal Tortochot's stewardship, the cuvée reflects attentive vineyard work on mid-slope Premier Cru parcels and careful cellar handling: gentle extraction to preserve delicate aromatics and maturation in well-integrated French oak. Drinkable now after a short decant, it will also reward a few years' development in bottle.

多爾圖修酒莊是莫里聖丹尼的家族小酒莊，現由Chantal Tortochot掌舵。酒莊重視園塊管理與格外挑果、以傳統方式培植與釀造，目的在呈現產地細緻的風土感，而非刻意壓榨風格。田間多為中坡一級田，土質礫石與石灰成分明顯，產量控制嚴格。

Domaine Tortochot is a small, respected Morey-Saint-Denis producer now run under the stewardship of Chantal Tortochot. The domaine focuses on careful parcel selection within the village and premier cru sites, traditional Burgundian viticulture and attentive cellar work aimed at expressing site character with finesse rather than heavy manipulation.
