來自樂美雅園 Méal 斜坡的單一園力作,葡萄藤約五十年,種植於礫石與黏土交錯的高梯田。酒色深寶石紅,年輕時帶紫光;香氣以黑莓與深色果實為主,夾帶煙燻與微微生肉、樹皮的香氛,礦質感清晰。口感集中飽滿,黑果醬與黑巧克力風味在唇齒間層層堆疊,單寧飽和但如絲絨般細緻,礦感與清爽酸度將濃郁推向更高的清晰度,收尾長且乾淨。釀造上採手採全去梗入小型水泥缸,高溫浸皮以利提取但保留柔順單寧,全採用流出汁,14–18個月在新桶或一年份桶中熟成,採自然澄清。沙普提亞家族對單一園的細緻栽培與低干預釀造,使此酒既有當下魅力,也具長期陳年潛力。建議醒酒一小時左右,與紅肉、野味或熟成起司最為相配。
This single-hill Hermitage comes exclusively from the Méal slope, a high-terraced vineyard of shingles and clay planted with roughly 50-year-old vines. Deep garnet in youth with purple highlights, the nose opens to ripe black fruits, smoky notes, a touch of meatiness and subtle bark-like savoury tones. On the palate it displays concentrated dark-fruit character—blackberry jam and dark chocolate—backed by powerful yet finely textured, velvety tannins and a pronounced stony freshness. Winemaking is deliberate: hand-harvested fruit is fully destemmed and vinified in small cement vats with high-temperature maceration to extract ripe phenolics while favouring supple, stable tannins; only free-run juice is used. The wine matures 14–18 months in new or one-year-old barrels with natural clarification. Owned and guided by Michel and Marc Chapoutier, this cuvée offers immediate presence yet generous ageing potential; expect a long, clean finish and the ability to develop over decades.
