Geantet-Pansiot is a family domaine run by Edmond and Vincent Geantet. Small holdings in Gevrey and neighbouring villages are worked with traditional Burgundian care — selective hand harvest, parcel vinification and élevage in French oak. The house style favors terroir expression and balance over heavy new-oak signatures.
