品飲筆記:這款福薩蒂 2021 先是花香撲鼻,紫羅蘭和一抹茴香、薄荷帶出紅色漿果與柑橘皮的清甜。入口飽滿但不厚重,果實飽滿多汁,單寧像絲綢般包裹味蕾,酸度讓整體活潑而有層次,尾韻鮮明且延展。
酒莊與釀造:吉亞尼·格力亞朶擅長在經典與親和力間取得平衡。葡萄手工採收、嚴格控產,發酵與浸皮以柔和手法帶出成熟單寧;入桶陳年主要使用大木桶與部分小桶,賦予香料、檀木和微妙的烘烤感而不掩蓋新鮮果味。
葡萄園與口感:福薩蒂園位於巴羅洛良好日照與石灰質土壤的地塊,晨晚溫差大有助於保留酸度與香氣。這瓶酒在口中既有重量感也很流暢,適合喜歡香氣複雜、口感細緻但有結構的朋友,搭配燒羊或義式燉菜會很合拍。


Tasting note: Aromas of sweet violets, licorice and mint open to a core of red and yellow fruit—strawberry and red plum—layered with cedar, sandalwood and a lift of mandarin peel. The palate is medium–full, lush and supple with ripe, large-grained yet silky tannins, vivid acidity and a long, compelling finish.
Producer notes: From Gianni Gagliardo’s Fossati cru, this vintage shows the house’s focus on elegance and drinkability alongside classic Barolo structure. The wine is approachable in its youth with clearly defined aromatic layers, but it will also reward short cellar ageing.
Winemaking: Fermentation and maceration are managed to extract ripe tannins without harshness; aging in seasoned large casks and a period in barriques/large oak brings spice and cedar complexity while preserving freshness.
Vineyard: Fossati sits on mature, well-exposed sites in Barolo with calcareous soils and good diurnal range. Low yields, careful canopy work and hand harvesting concentrate flavours and provide the balance between ripeness and acidity.
