宮城峽馬年禮盒帶來柔和又有層次的風味:先是花香與果香跳出來,緊接著柑橘皮的清爽和蜂蜜般的甘甜,尾韻帶著一點淡淡煙燻與香草橡木。口感順滑,入口有細緻香料與溫和木質感,收結乾淨且回味悠長。酒廠位於仙台附近的山谷氣候,釀造與熟成過程講究控溫與木桶選用,讓烈酒保有清新與層次。建議先在杯中靜置約15分鐘再品嚐,或加一小滴水讓香氣更開放。配海鮮、生魚片、烤扇貝或黑巧克力都很合拍。
This Miyagikyo single malt, presented in the Year of the Horse gift box, expresses the distillery’s signature elegance: bright floral aromatics, orchard fruit and citrus lift, wrapped in honeyed vanilla and a whisper of smoke. On the palate it shows a silky texture, gentle spice and polished oak, building to a long, clean finish. Produced by Nikka’s Miyagikyo Distillery near Sendai, the spirit is distilled with care and matured in selected oak casks to develop layered complexity while retaining freshness. Serve neat or with a splash of water and allow about 15 minutes in the glass for aromas to open. Pair with delicate seafood, richly flavored cheeses or dark chocolate.

Nikka 宮城峽酒廠,創辦人竹鶴政孝的精神延續至今。酒廠座落於仙台近郊的山谷,空氣清新、水質純淨,氣候偏涼濕,十分適合蒸餾與熟成。這裡以傳統銅製蒸餾器細膩操控蒸餾過程,並選用不同橡木桶耐心熟成,造就風格優雅、果香與花香明顯、口感細緻的單一純麥威士忌。
Nikka Whisky — Miyagikyo Distillery. Founded under the vision of Masataka Taketsuru, Miyagikyo was established to produce a delicate, fruity counterpart to other Nikka expressions. Nestled in a cool, humid valley near Sendai, the distillery takes advantage of pure waters and temperate climate. Careful copper pot distillation and a patient maturation program in selected oak casks yield whiskies noted for floral aromatics, fruit-forward notes and a refined, silky profile.
