麥卡倫限量三號以香氣為靈感,像把香水師的細膩嗅覺倒進威士忌杯裡。聞香先是香草冰淇淋、細緻花香和濃郁的橙皮油,接著無花果、杏桃與肉桂、薑的溫暖香料跳進來;入口圓潤綿密,甜美果乾與水果蛋糕感交織,牛奶巧克力在舌面持續延展,尾韻帶有柔和而樸實的橡木與樹脂感,收束長而令人回味。 酒廠與釀造:麥卡倫與調香大師 Roja Dove 合作,將「嗅覺藝術」融入 Edition 系列。此款以歐洲與美國橡木桶的特別組合窖藏,透過不同木桶的層次呈現香料、香草與果香的平衡。小批量製作、公開透明的桶型選擇,讓這支酒成為探索木桶影響力的實驗作品。 田地與工藝:出自斯貝賽/高地的經典酒廠,使用當地純淨水源與傳統製法,重視原料與桶香的結合而非泥煤炙燒。48.3% 的酒精讓香氣與口感都更立體,建議倒入杯中靜置約十分鐘,讓層次逐步展現。品飲時可享受從鼻腔到口腔的豐富變化與長長的回味。

Edition No.3 is a mesmerising small-batch expression from The Macallan’s annual Edition series. Nose: a perfume-like arrival of vanilla ice cream, delicate florals and orange oil, with fig, cinnamon and nutmeg weaving through. Palate: rich and silky — sweet orchard and dried fruit (apricot, pear, fig), fruit cake notes and creamy milk chocolate, edged by warm ginger and gentle resinous oak. Finish: long, sweet and fruity with sustained milk-chocolate and oak echoes. Producer & winemaking notes: Born from a collaboration with Master Perfumer Roja Dove, Edition No.3 explores aroma as a creative tool. The liquid is crafted from a unique selection of oak cask styles — a careful mixing of European and American oak that emphasises spicy oak resonance and soft vanilla sweetness. Small-batch production and transparent cask selection underline The Macallan’s experimental approach to cask influence. Vineyard / distillery notes: Made at The Macallan in Speyside/Highlands, this single malt benefits from traditional production methods, pristine local water and a focus on cask-driven character rather than heavy peat. Bottled at 48.3% ABV and finished with a T-top cork, it’s built to be savoured slowly—rest in the glass for ten minutes to reveal layered aromas and flavours.

The Macallan distillery, located in Speyside/Highlands, is known for a relentless focus on oak cask selection and small-batch craftsmanship. Edition No.3 is part of the Edition Series — a creative annual release that highlights cask influence and sensory storytelling. For this bottle The Macallan worked with Master Perfumer Roja Dove to shape the aromatic profile; maturation uses a deliberate blend of European and American oak casks to produce spice, vanilla and fruit-driven layers. Produced in limited small batches and finished with a T-top cork, it reflects the distillery’s experimental yet meticulous approach.
