品飲筆記:酒色深沉帶紅寶石光澤,香氣濃郁而多層次,黑莓、黑醋栗與成熟梅果為主軸,夾帶雪茄皮、煙草、雪松與炭燒感,還有無花果、黑巧克力和甘草的細緻輔助。入口豐滿飽滿但不笨重,質地絲滑,單寧緊緻且細緻,酸度保持明亮,使整體平衡。餘韻寬廣、悠長。 酒莊與年份:來自奧比安酒莊(Château Haut‑Brion),由 Domaines Clarence Dillon 管理,釀酒師 Jean‑Philippe Delmas 帶領。2015 年被視為近代頂級年份:炎熱的生長季配合八月的及時降雨,讓葡萄達到理想熟度。 釀造工序:九月採收後以精準控溫發酵,兩週左右的發酵與浸皮期被嚴格掌控以萃取色澤、單寧與芳香;之後在法國橡木桶中熟成約18個月,帶來結構感與香料層次,但不蓋過果實純淨度。 葡萄園風土:位處 Pessac‑Léognan,靠近波爾多市區,典型的礫石與泥土混合土壤賦予排水與熱量積累,造就濃縮且具礦感的風貌。2015 年的氣候讓果實充分成熟,同時在關鍵時刻獲得補水,保留新鮮感與飽滿度。 建議:建議醒酒約一到兩小時,或繼續窖藏數十年以欣賞逐步演化的次級香氣與結構變化。

Tasting Note: Deep garnet with vivid red highlights. The 2015 opens with an intense, layered bouquet of ripe dark berries—blackberry, blackcurrant and plum—overlaid with cigar box, tobacco, cedar and subtle charcoal. Secondary notes of fig, dark chocolate, orange zest and liquorice add complexity. On the palate it is immediately full-bodied and powerful yet refined, showing silk-like, fine-grained tannins, impressive extract and a sense of freshness that prevents heaviness. The finish is expansive and lingering. Producer Notes: From Château Haut‑Brion, under the stewardship of Domaines Clarence Dillon and winemaker Jean‑Philippe Delmas. 2015 is celebrated at the estate as one of the great modern vintages: exceptionally warm ripening followed by timely rains in August allowed the team to reach optimum phenolic maturity across plots. Winemaking Notes: Harvested in September, fermentations are carefully temperature-controlled and monitored; macerations are managed to draw ripe colour, tannin and aromatic complexity before gentle racking. The wine was matured for 18 months in French oak, contributing structure and subtle spice without masking the fruit purity. Vineyard Notes: The vineyard sits in Pessac, just southwest of Bordeaux city centre on classic gravelly soils of the Pessac‑Léognan appellation. The site’s mix of gravel and clay, and its proximity to the city’s maritime influences, produce wines of concentration, clarity and mineral thread. The 2015 vintage benefited from a long, sunny season and finishing rains that conserved freshness while delivering rich ripeness. Service & Cellaring: Drink now with careful decanting (about 90 minutes) or cellar for decades. Peak drinking window extends for many years—this bottle has proven longevity and will develop tertiary complexity with time.
