Tasting note

這支邦馬爾特級田散發出成熟紅黑果、森林地衣與細緻香料的層次，口感輕盈卻有深度：中段果實飽滿，單寧細緻如絲，酸度支撐整體線條，尾段留有礦物與餘韻。酒莊沿襲傳統手法，平均約35年老藤，人工採收、舊式發酵與橡木陳年讓酒保有優雅與地域感。建議醒一小時左右，配烤鴨、野味或熟成乳酪特別合拍，喝來既溫柔又有力量。

A Grand Cru from Bonnes-Mares showing concentrated, classically Burgundian aromatic layers. Ripe dark and red fruit aromas mingle with forest-floor earthiness, subtle floral perfume and savory spice. On the palate it balances polished, silky structure with firm backbone and pure mineral tension, framed by judicious oak ageing. Produced from old vines worked traditionally, hand-harvested and vinified in an old-style cellar that favours finesse and expressive terroir. Best opened and given about 60–90 minutes of air to reveal its full aromatic spectrum; pairs beautifully with roast duck, game birds and mature cheeses.

羅倫·魯米耶（Laurent Roumier）的酒莊有深厚家族淵源：祖父一代早於1924年開啟葡園傳統，Laurent於1991年成立自己的酒莊，從租種四公頃起步，經過多年整合與購地目前約有十數公頃。葡園以老藤為主（平均約35年），強調人工管理、手工採收與傳統釀造，追求原始田地風貌與優雅細緻的酒款。

Domaine Laurent Roumier stems from a long family tradition: the estate roots trace to George Roumier (1924), while Laurent established his own domaine in 1991 starting with rented holdings. What began with four hectares has grown through careful acquisitions to roughly a dozen hectares. The domaine works mainly old vines (avg. ~35 years) around Chambolle-Musigny and favors traditional, hands-on viticulture and old-style cellar methods to express site specificity and finesse.
