這支輕井澤「富嶽三十六景－富士三十六景」強力原酒，帶來濃郁又溫暖的口感。深色果乾、烤橡木、黑巧克力和香料層次分明，入口油潤且充滿黏性，舌面被蜜餞與香草木質感包覆，隨之而來的是皮革、雪茄式的煙草與微微煙燻尾韻。釀酒背景帶有故事性：由Mercian旗下保存的輕井澤老窖桶長期陳放、以雪莉桶影響為主，瓶數稀少、極具收藏價值。建議倒入杯中先靜置約十五分鐘或加幾滴水，會有更多果香與香料層次跑出來。喝的時候放慢腳步，讓那股溫暖、延綿的餘韻在口中慢慢散發。

A rare cask-strength expression from the legendary (now-closed) Karuizawa distillery, this 'Fugaku Sanjurokkei - 36 Views of Mount Fuji' bottling is an arresting, full-bodied dram. At 59.6% ABV it opens with concentrated sherry cask aromas: dried raisins, dark caramel and orange peel, layered with cedar, leather and an undercurrent of tobacco. On the palate the whisky is dense and warming — sticky dried fruit, bitter dark chocolate, baking spices and a rich vanilla oak backbone. The mouthfeel is oily and enveloping, delivering waves of flavor that build to a long, drying finish with echoes of spice, toasted oak and a faint coastal smoke. Produced under Mercian Corporation stewardship and drawn from long-aged sherry casks from the famed Karuizawa stocks, this release showcases the distillery’s signature marriage of rich sherry influence and robust, almost vinous complexity. Best enjoyed with a short rest in the glass (about 15 minutes) or a few drops of water to open the aromatics. Highly collectible and limited — a dramatic, contemplative dram for slow sipping.
