可雅白蘭地來自山東煙台的可雅酒莊。酒莊以白玉霓葡萄為核心，並擁有 10,000 畝專屬葡萄園，將國際白蘭地工藝與中國風土結合，打造以果香、細膩度與年份感見稱的高端白蘭地。
KOYA Brandy is crafted at Chateau Koya in Yantai, Shandong. Built around Ugni Blanc from 10,000 mu of dedicated vineyards, the house brings international brandy craft and Chinese terroir together in a refined, fruit-led style shaped by time.
雙酵母與雙重蒸餾 / Dual Yeast, Double Distillation
可雅採用專利雙酵母控溫發酵，並以夏朗德壺式蒸餾器二次蒸餾；其原酒再於法國利穆森橡木桶中陳年。這套工藝賦予酒體成熟果香、溫暖辛香與順滑而有骨架的質感。
Patented dual-yeast temperature-controlled fermentation is followed by double distillation in Charentais pot stills and maturation in French Limousin oak. The result is a layered profile of mature fruit, warm spice, and a smooth yet structured palate.

現有的 10 年 XO 與 15 年 XXO，分別呈現烘烤香、香草與黑巧克力的飽滿深度，以及肉桂、丁香、檀香、皮革與煙草的優雅複雜性。15 年 XXO 曾於 2019 年德國杜塞爾多夫全球 XO 盲品賽奪冠，印證可雅由煙台走向世界的實力。
The 10-Year XO expresses generous toast, vanilla, and dark chocolate, while the 15-Year XXO moves toward cinnamon, clove, sandalwood, leather, and tobacco. The 15-Year expression won the 2019 Düsseldorf global XO blind tasting, marking Koya’s international presence from Yantai.
