Chateau Pichon-Longueville Baron (producer of Les Griffons de Pichon Baron). The second wine has been produced since 2012 and sources fruit from gravelly plots near the Gironde estuary. Ownership: AXA Millésimes. Winemaker: Alexandra Lebossé. Vineyard manager: Aymeric Hervy. A modern expression of Pauillac with careful barrel ageing (50% new French oak, 15 months).
