尤倫斯布魯特帶著清爽又礦質的個性,第一口是清脆的檸檬皮與葡梨香,接著浮現一絲杏仁與烤餅乾的溫潤氣息。氣泡細緻持久,口感乾爽、酸度活潑,收尾帶有粉狀的礦質感,整體平衡又不失活力。酒莊採傳統釀造工藝,低加糖(約2.8 g/L),以尊重田地與釀造細節為主,適合當開胃酒,也很配海鮮、溫熱山羊乳酪或帶點香料的東南亞料理。建議冰鎮飲用,若想讓香氣更開放,可在杯中靜置約十至二十分鐘。
