On the palate it is medium-plus in body with plush fruit, a savory undercurrent and silky, supportive tannins that carry the flavors into a persistent finish. Producer notes: Crafted by Longyu (龍諭) as part of their Long 8 blended series, this 2019 release balances traditional regional character with modern cellar techniques. The producer aims for approachable wines that still reveal texture and ageing potential. Winemaking notes: Fermentation and ageing were handled with attention to preserving ripe fruit while integrating oak influence—likely a combination of stainless steel for freshness and carefully selected oak for structure and spice.
