品飲筆記:2020 年款,香氣濃郁卻不張揚,先是黑果類的深沉果香,緊接著有些雪松、烤橡木與香草的氣息,口感飽滿,果核明確,丹寧結實但圓潤,尾韻帶些可可與香料感,回味悠長。 酒莊介紹:龍諭酒莊注重從田間到酒杯的每個環節,以現代與傳統技術並用,追求果香與結構的平衡。雖為年輕酒莊,但對於選園、採收時機與桶陳管理要求嚴格,力求每一瓶都有穩定的品質表現。 釀造細節:葡萄在控溫條件下發酵以保留原始芳香,延長浸皮時間以萃取色澤與單寧,之後在新舊橡木桶中陳年以增加香草、烘烤與辛香調,同時讓單寧更圓潤。 葡萄園與田地:葡萄來自排水良好的園區,晝夜溫差幫助保持酸度並促進酚類成熟。園內採用合理的萌芽與葉片管理,低產以換取風味集中,土壤多為淺層壤土,透氣性佳,利於根系發展。 飲用建議:建議醒酒約一小時,飲用溫度建議 16–18°C。適合搭配炭烤紅肉、香草烤羊排、成熟硬質起司或野菇類主菜。
Tasting note: A confidently structured dry red from the 2020 vintage, showing deep black-fruit aromas—blackcurrant and black cherry—lifted by cedar, vanilla and a touch of dark chocolate. On the palate it is full-bodied and concentrated: ripe fruit core, firm but refined tannins and savory undercurrents, finishing long with lingering oak spice. Producer notes: Crafted by Longyu Winery with a focus on ripe fruit expression and balanced structure. This bottling aims to showcase a modern, fruit-driven style with attentive oak integration and careful maturation to preserve freshness. Winemaking notes: Fermented under controlled temperatures to retain varietal aromatics, followed by extended maceration to extract color and structure. The wine sees maturation in oak barrels (combination of new and seasoned) to add spice and vanilla notes while smoothing the tannins—typical élevage of around 10–14 months. Vineyard notes: Grapes are sourced from well-drained sites where diurnal temperature variation helps retain acidity while achieving phenolic ripeness. Soils tend toward mixed loam with good drainage and moderate fertility; canopy management and selective harvesting ensure concentrated flavors and healthy tannins. Serving suggestion: Decant for about an hour to open up aromatics and soften tannins. Serve at 16–18°C. Pairs particularly well with grilled red meats, herb-roasted lamb, mature cheeses and richer mushroom dishes.
