The Macallan Edition No. 3 represents an unprecedented sensory collaboration between Master Whisky Maker Bob Dalgarno and world-renowned Master Perfumer Roja Dove. Bringing together the intricate arts of whisky maturation and bespoke perfumery, this release explores how curated aromatics define palate perception. Matured meticulously across a complex spectrum of European and American oak casks—including first-fill bourbon barrels and sherry-seasoned puncheons—it captures an extraordinarily vibrant profile. The nose opens like a masterclass fragrance, releasing orange blossom, sweet vanilla cream, fresh-cut oak, and crisp orchard fruit. On the palate, a burst of citrus oil and baked apricot melts into creamy milk chocolate, warm ginger, and nutmeg spices.
