【侍酒師私房筆記】倒出來第一時間見到紅寶石帶點石榴紅邊;先是玫瑰與紫羅蘭的花香,接著櫻桃、藍莓跳出來,慢慢轉成松露、濕土和香料。口腔裡單寧細緻但有骨架,中段果實濃實,礦質感貫穿,收結乾淨且很長。現在飲開瓶醒一小時最舒服,留酒窖裡再等幾年會更圓潤。

【Sommelier's notes】On the glass the colour moves from ruby to warm garnet. Aromas open from rose and violet to ripe red cherry and blueberry, then deepen to truffle, forest floor and baking spice. The palate is firmly structured yet lithe — silky tannins support concentrated fruit and a pronounced mineral streak. Mid-palate density moves to an impressively long, savory finish.

【Winemaking & Vineyard】Domaine-managed parcels at ~270m altitude are a blend of five micro-sites across the clos. Hand-harvested, vinified parcel by parcel with vintage-adapted techniques; matured in oak (c.50% new) to balance freshness and spice while preserving parcel identity.
