Tasting note

響「Harmony」是三得利為展現日本調和藝術而誕生的經典之作。酒廠以多款麥芽與穀類威士忌混調，並選用多種橡木桶（含稀有的日本水楢Mizunara）熟成，帶出層次豐富又細緻的風格。聞起來有花香、荔枝與檀木氣息，入口先是蜜糖與蜜餞柑橘的甜感，接著有白巧克力、奶油麵包與淡淡香料的溫潤口感，尾韻延展且帶一抹木質煙燻。口感圓潤但不厚重，平衡優雅，適合慢慢品味或加幾滴水讓風味逐步展開。酒瓶以T-top軟木塞封口，為的是維持香氣完整與方便收藏。

Hibiki 'Japanese Harmony' is Suntory’s emblem of blending mastery, created in 1989 to celebrate the House of Suntory and Japanese craftsmanship. A complex orchestra of malt and grain whiskies matured in a selection of casks — including American oak, Spanish oak and the famed Japanese Mizunara — produces an amber spirit that is floral, gently spiced and luxuriously smooth. On the nose there’s rose and lychee lifted by sandalwood and mature oak; the palate unfolds honeyed sweetness, candied orange peel, white chocolate and soft vanilla-toffee layers with a whisper of smoke. The finish is long, subtle and elegant, with a delicate Mizunara character peeking through. Bottled at 43% ABV and finished with a T-top cork, Hibiki is a showcase of meticulous cask selection and blending finesse. Enjoy neat or with a few drops of water, allowing the spirit to open for about 10 minutes in the glass.
