杜釋經典乾白香檳帶來輕盈細緻的氣泡與淡金色澤,打開後先是檸檬皮、柑橘與白色果實的清爽果香,隨後浮現紅色漿果與熟成的梅果,再帶出烘烤、香草與堅果的餘韻。入口圓潤有奶油感,中段酒泥帶來的細膩口感與明亮酸度相互襯托,使酒體既有豐盈感又保持乾爽清爽。酒莊採用傳統瓶內二次發酵與長時間與酒泥接觸的做法,強調土地與手工工藝,適合當開胃酒,也能搭配鮮甜海鮮、油脂較豐的魚或是帶有奶香的甜點。整體表現成熟穩重但仍保有香檳該有的活力與持久回味。
Louis Dousset Original Brut is a classic, traditionally made Champagne showing a refined bead and pale-golden hue. On the nose expect citrus zest, lemon curd, white stone fruits and a thread of red-berry lift, layered with toasty, vanilla and nutty tertiary notes. The palate is ample and rounded, with a creamy mid-palate from extended lees contact, bright fresh acidity and a dry, persistent finish. Crafted in the méthode traditionnelle and presented as a Brut dosage, this release balances maturity and vibrancy—appealing both as an aperitif and alongside richer shellfish or poultry dishes. A versatile, terroir-driven expression with good length and a slightly nutty, savory finish.
