品飲筆記:酒色深沉帶寶石紅邊,先是黑醋栗、藍莓與深櫻桃的果香,漸次被煙草、雪松和些許辛香料點綴。口感濃郁飽滿但不厚重,奶油般順滑的果肉被有型又優雅的單寧包裹,同時保有清爽的酸度,收尾以可可、甘草與黑巧克力的餘韻延伸。 酒莊與產季:列級莊園的這個年份,冬季補足了土壤水分,盛開與生長條件良好;夏末與初秋出現幾波高溫,但整體成熟節奏良好。採收自9月7日至29日,收成末期天氣理想。 葡萄園與釀造:葡萄園土壤為砂礫夾黏土與石灰岩,典型波爾多右岸風貌。酒款在橡木桶中熟成18個月(55%新桶),以軟木塞封瓶。整體風格強調結構與純粹果味,既適合窖藏也能在年輕時經醒酒享用。 飲用建議:年輕開瓶建議醒酒約90分鐘,飲溫16–18°C。最佳搭配:濃味紅肉、烤羊腿或老熟起司。
Tasting note: Deep red with garnet edges, this Pauillac opens on an elegant bouquet of blackcurrant, bilberry and dark cherry layered with tobacco, cedar spice and subtle floral lift. On the palate it is dense and full-bodied yet refined—silky, creamy texture framed by well-structured, stylish tannins and bright acidity. Flavours of graphite, cocoa-bean and liquorice punctuate a long, fresh finish. Producer notes & vintage: Classified as a Fifth Growth, the 2023 season brought a mild, wet winter followed by a hot June and a generally warm summer with late-season heat spikes. Picking ran from 7–29 September; variable conditions during harvest helped refine skins while slowing sugar accumulation, finishing in warm, sunny weather. Vineyard & winemaking: The estate’s vines grow on gravel and clay-limestone soils typical of Pauillac. Grapes were matured for 18 months in oak (55% new barrels), with traditional cork closure. The result is a structured, concentrated wine with clear Pauillac character—powerful yet detailed. Drink window: 2028–2046. Service: If opening young, decant about 90 minutes to let aromatics and tannins integrate. Serve at 16–18°C. Pairs beautifully with richly flavoured red meats and mature cheeses.
