Tasting note

這支摩根紅酒帶有明亮的紅果香：櫻桃、覆盆子與野草莓，並伴隨輕柔的花香與香料氣息。口感滑順但不失活力，酸度清爽、單寧細緻，酒體中等偏上，尾韻帶出一絲礦物與土壤感，吃過的味道會更立體。酒莊栽植年代久遠的老藤（約八十年），產量低、以人工採收，釀造時控溫發酵、減少過度浸渣來保留果味，部分以木桶陳年提升結構。建議醒酒約45分鐘，搭配熟成奶酪或烤肉最對味。

A focused Morgon showing concentrated red-fruit aromas—red cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry—framed by violet florals and a subtle spice note from partial wood ageing. On the palate the wine is medium-plus in weight with bright, lively acidity and a dry core of fine, chalky tannins that give structure without heaviness. Earthy, mineral threads and a gently persistent finish complete the picture. Made by Clos de Mez from very old vines, this cuvée balances concentration and lift: hand-harvested fruit, careful extraction to preserve freshness, and partial maturation in wood to add spice and backbone. Drink now with decanting or cellar through the early 2030s for added complexity.
