品飲筆記:這款來自小產區的經典單園酒,香氣沉穩複雜,有皮革、煙草與陳年果乾的氣息,伴隨淡淡甘草、薄荷與森林果實的層次。入口有體量與寬度,但口感平衡,單寧柔和帶點甜感,回味悠長且帶礦質與土壤感。 酒莊與背景:恩里科VI是科德蒙特莫洛家族為紀念重要時刻而命名的單一園標誌,長久以來被視為酒莊中獨樹一格的表現,風土鮮明且適合陳放。 釀造與陳年:以橡木桶陳年,保留果香同時帶來淡雅的香草與烤木香,採用軟木塞封瓶,經過瓶陳後單寧變得細緻而仍保有支撐力。 葡萄園環境:酒來自卡斯蒂廖內‧法萊多約兩公頃的小園,海拔約300米,鐵質含量高的成熟黏土土壤,南西向日照,老藤超過五十年,產出果實集中、帶礦物感與扎實結構的葡萄。整體口感既有力量也有優雅,特別適合搭配燒烤羊肉或帶菌菇的濃郁料理。

Tasting note: A concentrated, classic expression from a single, storied hillside: aromas of leather, tar, dried cherry and forest fruits weave with hints of coffee, tobacco, liquorice and a touch of vanilla and toast from oak. On the palate it shows breadth and volume — assertive yet refined — with earthy and menthol nuances, supple, almost sweet tannins and a long, focused finish. Producer notes: Enrico VI was named in the early 1970s by Paolo Cordero di Montezemolo to mark both the birth of his sixth child and his acquisition of this prestigious vineyard. The wine has long been singled out as a distinct expression within the estate, drawn from a tiny, exceptional parcel and built for ageing and personality. Winemaking notes: Matured in oak, handled to preserve primary aromatics while adding subtle spice and toast from wood ageing. Bottled under cork and intended for medium-to-long cellar development; the style balances structure with softened tannins gained from time in bottle. Vineyard notes: Sourced from about two hectares at roughly 300 metres elevation in Castiglione Falletto. Iron-rich, evolved clay soils and south-west exposure on vines over 50 years old create a cooler, compact microclimate that yields a muscular, earthy character with concentrated fruit and finely grained tannins.
