A bright and focused Provence rosé showing lively aromas of wild red berries, red currant and crushed stones. The palate is medium-bodied and crisp, driven by vivid acidity and a delicate saline-mineral thread that keeps it taut and refreshing. Produced by Domaine de l'Ile on Porquerolles, the 2023 vintage benefits from maritime influence and careful, low-intervention winemaking. Grapes are handled gently with cool fermentation and short skin contact to preserve primary fruit and freshness; élevage is brief and typically in stainless steel to retain clarity and finesse. Drink chilled in the next few years for peak vibrancy; a brief 15–30 minute open time can lift the aromatics.
